Lumen is a measure of the light from a candle from one foot away. Imagine the warm glow of candlelight or firelight. I’m looking for the essential energy of things, the glow of energy. Perhaps like the light of the big bang at the origin of the universe. Or the undifferentiated brightness at birth. All matter is energy, no?
